The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: I. Quashing the impugned notice dated 04.08.2021 issued by the third respondent vide Annexure-A, insofar as the petitioner and his properties comprised in sale deed vide Annexures-B, C and D. II. Declaring that officers of the second respondent are not authorized to summon the petitioner or - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7371 WP No. 16065 of 2021 direct production of documents relating to the petitioner's properties, as the second respondent is not a designated police station under section 2(s) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Suffice it to note that pursuant to the notice dated:04.08.2021, the petitioner has already appeared before the third respondent and as is evident from paragraph 8 of the Writ Petition. Because of the appearance of the petitioner before the third respondent, nothing survives for consideration at this juncture to pass any orders. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
