The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. To issue a writ of Certiorari quashing the R4 Society, President election calendar of events dated - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13698 WP No. 14953 of 2024 30.05.2024 and fixed the election on 07.06.2024 passed by the Respondent No.5 vide Annexure-G, in the interest of justice and equity. ii. To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.5 restrain the respondent No. 6 and 7 from voting in the president election scheduled to be held on 07.06.2024 in the interest of justice and equity. iii. Issue such other direction or order writ as may deemed fit to the Hon’ble Court may kindly be issued. 2. A memo dated 27.3.2025 has been filed and singed by learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under; Memo for withdrawal In view of the above matter the petitioner counsel submits that this Hon’ble Court, the petitioners not intended to continue this petition.
