Heard Mr. Unush Khan, learned counsel for the accused applicants. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused applicants, namely, Salehuddin Ahmed and Rajib Ali, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Sipajhar Case No.199/2024 under Sections 299/61(2)/3(5) of BNS and Section 6(a) R/W Section 5 of the Assam Healing (Prevention of Evil) Practices Act, 2024. 3. The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court. 4. It may be mentioned that by order, dated 29.10.2025, this Court has granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicants subject to conditions. 5. Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the case diary shows that the accused applicants have appeared before the investigating officer and got their statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. in terms of the interim pre-arrest bail granted earlier. This Court finds that custodial interrogation of the accused applicants may not be necessary in the interest of the ongoing investigation into the case. 6. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted vide order, Page No.# 3/3 dated 29.10.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions- (i) That the accused applicants shall co-operate in investigation as and when required; and (ii) That the accused applicants shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. 7.
