The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without petitioner being made party, compromise is recorded between two different persons when the petitioner is interested person with respect to the property stated in compromise. 2. The compromise is dated 12.4.2014 and the petitioner is not a party to the said compromise. The compromise is not binding upon the petitioner. If the petitioner has any right qua the property mentioned in compromise, the petitioner may take such recourse before appropriate authority as may be available in law. I have not expressed anything on the rights of the petitioner qua the property in the compromise and if any proceedings are initiated the concerned authority will decide the same in accordance with law. 3.
