This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioners, namely, 1. Nur Hussain @ Babul Sonari, 2. Md. Tafajul Hoque, Page No.# 2/2 who were arrested on 25.09.2025 in connection with Thelamara P.S. Case No. 72/2025 under Sections 305(a)/331(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. The facts as disclosed by the FIR is that the informant has stated that when he woke up in the morning at 8 a.m., his neighbours who were living in his rented house, informed him that there was robbery in the rooms and all things were messed up and locks were all broken. 4. The present petitioners were shown arrested on 25.09.2025 in connection with the present case i.e. Thelamara P.S. Case No 237/2025 under section 305(a)/331(3) of BNS as they were already in custody in connection with Dhekiajuli P.S. Case No 237/2025 under Section 305/331(4)/3(5) of the BNS since 01.09.2025. 5. A perusal of the case diary does not reveal any specific material against the petitioners in connection with the case and having regard the period of detention of about 57 days and also the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with one surety of each like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sonitpur, Tezpur in connection with the aforesaid case. 7. It is further provided that the petitioners shall regularly participate in the trial, if any. 8. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
