This I.A. has been filed for correcting the inadvertent error which is found in the order dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court in B.A. No. 3509/2025. It is Page No.# 2/2 submitted by the learned counsel for the accused applicant that in the aforesaid order dated 13.11.2025, instead of ‘Special Court of POCSO, Nagaon’, it should have been ‘Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaliabor’. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, it is directed that in the aforesaid order dated 13.11.2025, the aforesaid correction should be made, by writing the ‘Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaliabor’ instead of ‘Special Court of POCSO, Nagaon’. 4.
