Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide his representation dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure P-5) in a time bound manner in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP No.2500 of 2021, titled as Ranjit Singh and others 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Versus State of H.P. and others, decided alongwith connected matters on 07.07.2023. 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed. 4. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure P-5) within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the judgment passed in Ranjit Singh’s case (supra).
