He brings to the notice of this Court the order dated 29th November, 2024 passed in Civil application No.9873/2024 in First Appeal (Stamp) No.22946/2024 (Bhatu Sahebrao Patil Vs. The Special Land Acquisition 3 9912.2024CA+.odt Officer, Medium Project, Dhule and another). He submits that the present appeals are also arising out of the same land acquisition proceedings. He submits that in those matters, this Court was pleased to condone the delay by imposing certain conditions as to cost and undertaking for waiver of interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period and urges that the same course may be followed in the present matters. 2. The learned Advocate appearing for the respondents do not dispute that the matter in case of Bhatu Patil relates to the same acquisition. 3. In that view of the matter, the same course can be followed. Consequently, the following order is passed :- ORDER (i) The applications stand allowed by condoning the delay, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.3500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred) each to be paid to High Court Dispensary. The applicants shall further file specific undertaking that in case the appeals are allowed, they shall not claim interest for the delayed period on the enhanced amount.
