The petitioner is alleged to have used foul language and was using social network. 7. ln view of the fact that the petitioner is working as an Advocate Clerk, question of fleeing away from investigation does not arise. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, however, on the following conditions: i) In the event of arrest of the petitioner herein/Al in the aforesaid crime, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction o`f the concerned Arresting Officer.
ii) Petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and he shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. iii) Petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer ` concerned once in a week i.e., on every Sunday between 10.OO AM and 01.00 PM till filing of charge sheet. ®eezee-__-'3
