This Criminal Petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., is filed challenging the impugned order dated 01.08.2024, passed in Crl.M.P.No.357 of 2024 in S.C.No.48 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Sessions Judge, Designated for Speedy trial of offences under the POSCO Act, Ananthapuramu.

3. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that the learned Judge has dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 311 Cr.P.C to recall PW.1 and PW.11 for the purpose of further Cross-Examination.
4. Learned Judge held that the petition submitted by the petitioner seeking recall is vague and without any details. It is specifically observed that the petitioner has sought for recall of witnesses for the purpose of further Cross-Examination with respect to many aspects and on contradictions and omissions. In the absence of any such contradictions and omissions and the aspects on which he intends to Cross-Examine the witnesses, maintaining such petition was found not appropriate. As such, the petition was dismissed.
5. In that view of the matter, this Court did not find any ground to interfere with the well considered order of the learned Special Sessions Judge.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
