The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No. 07/2022, registered under section 379 of I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that the petitioner has taken away the seized poklane but as a matter of fact no such poklane has been seized which is clear from the seizure list. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of taking away the poklane. 5. Looking into the contents of seizure list it is not clear that poklane was seized however allegation is made of taking away the said poklane. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- ( 2025:JHHC:30493 ) (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Sahibganj, in connection with Mirzachouki P.S.
