GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation dated 12.02.2025 (Ex.P1) made to respondent No.2, has not been disposed of. 2. Heard Sri R. Abishek Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the land of an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.310/2G of Merlapakka Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District, was assigned to the petitioner’s father. The Revenue Authorities updated the Record of Rights and mutated the name of the petitioner’s father. On 06.09.2010, respondent No.5 took the land on lease for SRS,J W.P.No.18909 of 2025 industrial use from the petitioner’s father and other farmers. The CEO of respondent No.5 gave a letter dated 06.09.2010 under the name and style of ‘Oppandha Pathram’ to the elders of the village. The petitioner’s father died on 07.04.2001. The petitioner made a representation to respondent No.2 vide Ex.P1 to mutate her name in respect of the aforementioned property and issue Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed. However, the representation has not been considered. 4. Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the original assignee violated the conditions of the assignment and hence, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupati, vide proceedings D.Dis.G/2156/2005, cancelled the assignment and resumed the land to the Government. After resumption of land, it was alienated in favour of respondent No.5, and respondent No.5 has been in possession and enjoyment of the property. The petitioner does not own the property. New assignments were sanctioned to 48 beneficiaries in Sy.No.173/1 to, Sy.No.174/1 to 7, Sy.No.175/1 to 6, Sy.No.176/1 to 9, Sy.No.177/1 to 9, Sy.No.178/1 to 6 and Sy.No.179/1 to 10 of Pagali Village, Yerpedu Mandal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would also submit that respondent No.2 will consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Ex.P1 and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the law, within two (02) months. No order as to costs.
