No.78 & 79 of Ward No.4, Part.3, Block.3, Old D.Nos.17-2-151 & 17-2-152 of Hindupur Grama Polam within the limits of Hindupur Municipal Area, Ananthapur District, the instant Writ Petition is filed.
3. It is contended by the petitioner that the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondent authorities not to entertain any transactions in respect of the subject property on 29.11.2019. However, the respondents have not passed any order on the said representation. It is stated that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents in O.S. No.488 of 2019 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Hindupur, Ananthapur District, against respondents 4 & 5.
4. Considered the rival submissions.
5. As noted from the representation made by the petitioner, it is addressed to the Sub Registrar, Hindupur, stating that the petitioner’s husband, along with his sons has purchased the subject property in the name of the petitioner’s sons' and they have been jointly enjoying the property. However, the petitioner’s sons’ have been fraudulently alienating the subject lands. The grievance of the petitioner in the Writ Petition is that registering authorities should not entertain the documents that may be submitted by her sons. The relief sought by the petitioner is in the nature of an injunction which is not within the jurisdiction of the registering authorities. In view of the same, the relief sought by the petitioner does not merit consideration.
