By this petition under Section 483 BNSS, the accused-petitioner, namely, Hasmot Ali, who was arrested on 29.09.2025 in connection with Manikpur PS Case No. 110/2025 under Section 61(2)/103(1) of BNSS is seeking bail. As per the allegations, on 26.09.2025 at 11 pm in the night some unknown person had called out the brother of the informant, i.e., the deceased over phone and accordingly, he went out with them and the next date his dead body was recovered. 4. It is further alleged that the deceased had love affair with the sister of the accused persons because of which the accused persons pursuant to conspiracy killed the deceased. 5. The learned Addl. P.P. on perusal of the case diary submits that sufficient material has been collected indicating that the accused persons pursuant to a conspiracy committed the pre-planned murder of the deceased and the mobile phone of the deceased was also recovered on being led by the accused. 6. Having regard to the incriminating material available in the case diary as well as gravity of the offence, the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 7. Return the case diary.
