[2025:RJ-JP:30573] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Third Bail Application No. 9698/2025 Kavita Gurjar D/o Late Shri Shivram Gurjar, Aged About 25 Years, R/o Gurjaro Ka Mohalla, Dhemikala, Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan. (Presently Confined In Central Jail Jaipur). ----Petitioner Versus Narcotics Control Bureau, Through Standing Counsel. ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rajveer Singh Gurjar, Adv. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Tej Prakash Sharma, Spl.P.P. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 06/08/2025 The instant third bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the accused petitioner seeking interim bail on the ground that her brother has met with an accident and her presence is required for his care and treatment. Learned Special Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. He submits that even though her brother has met with an accident, there are other members in her family who can look after and take care of her injured brother. He submits that huge quantity of contraband weighing 123.8 Grams MD has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and therefore, she does not deserve indulgence of interim bail. [2025:RJ-JP:30573] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-9698/2025] Considering the fact that there are other members in her family who can look after her injured brother as also recovery of contraband in huge quantity of 123.8 grams MD made from the house of petitioner, I am not inclined to accept this third interim bail application. Hence, same is dismissed. (ANIL KUMAR UPMAN),J MADAN/S-389
