This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Jitendra Kumar @ Jeetu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 79 of 2023, under Sections 460, 380, 302, 411, 149 IPC and 3/25 Arms Act, registered at P.S. Gobhana, District Aligarh. 4. This Court is regularly coming a cross annexures in which photocopy of the documents which are previously marked and there are notes made on it and things are noted which are annexed in the petitions, the same are not acceptable by the Court. 5. On pointing out the same, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application under Section 483 BNSS be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file better bail application. 6.
