ORAL ORDER
These petitions are filed challenging the order dated 08.04.2024 passed on IA.No.II in G & WC.No.124/2023 by VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru, whereby the application came to be partly allowed. The same is questioned by both parties before this Court in two different petitions.
2. During pendency of these petitions, the matter was referred to the Karnataka Mediation Centre. The parties had appeared before the Karnataka Mediation Centre, wherein they have entered into a memorandum of settlement under Section 89 of CPC read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules,
2005. As per the terms and conditions stipulated in the memorandum of settlement, the parties have resolved their differences with regard to the child custody and visitation rights solely on the ground of welfare and wellbeing of the minor children.

3. The parties to the proceedings are present before the Court physically except Smt.Jyoti, who is the step mother of the minor child. In view of the parties having settled the matter, when this Court enquired with the parties, the parties have submitted that they have voluntarily signed and executed the memorandum of settlement without any force, coercion, ill-will and undue influence. They would abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.
4. Under the circumstances, these petitions could be
disposed off. Accordingly, I pass the following:
ORDER i) These petitions are disposed off in accordance to the memorandum of settlement arrived at by the parties;
