This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue Writ, Order, Direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 25-11-2019, 03-02-2020 and 06-08-2020 submitted by the petitioners to the Respondents/ Government to register crimes and to conduct investigation against Pavuluri Srinivasa Rao, S/o Thatah Rao, Doppalapudi Village, Guntur District the prime person who committed offences of cheating using the names of TAS and IPS officers in State and consequently for a direction to refer the case to any other investigation agency like CBCID or Special Investigation Team(SIT) and consequently by directing the respondents to open Rowdy/suspect sheet against Pavuluri Srinivasa Rao to prevent further crimes and consequently to cancel the Government work allotments which obtained by the accused Pavuluri Srinivasa Rao with fraud and cheating and for such other order or orders deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Spandana Petition filed by the petitioner was closed. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“In his petition there are no way concerned with Cr.No.181/2018 U/s 468, 471 R/w 34 IPC & Sec.3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act of Nagarampalem PS, Guntur Dist and in other Cr.No.491/2018 U/s 332, 353 R/w 34 IPC the petitioner is the accused and the case is pending against him. The allegations of the petitioner are not correct and false. Hence the above SPANDANA petition was closed vide DIS.No.37/ACP-WD/VJA/2019 dt.13.12.2019.”
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 3
