ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“1. Issue a writ, order, or direction restoring the peaceful possession of the Petitioner’s lawful residential property and ensuring that the Petitioners are allowed to live therein without any disturbance or threat;
2. Issue a writ, order, or direction directing the Respondent authorities to provide necessary protection to the Petitioners and their property from any further threats, harassment, or illegal encroachments and comply with their duties as mandated under Section 7 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016;
3. Issue a writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.2 to 4 to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 05.04.2025 (placed as Annexure – L, M and N)
4. Pass any such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, proper, and necessary in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. Heard Sri Clifton D’ Rozario, learned counsel for Sri Pavan Kumar G., learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. This Court on 02.05.2025, has passed the following
order:
“The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are 100% blind are thrown out of the homes owing to certain property dispute. The allegation is that the police are hand in glove with the persons who wanted the petitioners to be thrown out of the house. If that be true, the learned AGA to secure instructions has to when the petitioners would be put back into their homes. List the matter on 02.06.2025.”
On the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties on 17.06.2025, this Court has passed the following
order:
“Heard the learned counsel for petitioners. The petitioners, who are 100% blind, are at the doors of the Court seeking restoration of their possession, which the police have allegedly in collusion with other parties, evicted these petitioners. The petitioners have filed a civil suit seeking injunction against several persons and the allegation is that, notwithstanding the injunction being granted in favour of the petitioners, the police in collusion with the defendants in the suit have now evicted these petitioners. Therefore, the present petition is preferred. Learned Additional Government Advocate to secure instructions as to when the petitioners would be put back

in their possession, in the teeth of the injunction that is operating in their favour. If the police would again display alleged collusion with the defendants in the suit and not put these petitioners back the their possession, the matter would be viewed seriously. List the matter on 19.06.2025.”
4. Learned High Court Government Pleader would submit that on 19.06.2025, all the three petitions are put back into the possession of the property.
5. In that light, the present petition in the form that is presented is rendered infructuous. Therefore, the petition stands disposed as having become infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate fora, in the event of need.
