Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police have not concluded the investigation in FIR No.263 of 2020 dated 19.09.2020 of C.K.Dinne P.S., Kadapa District, even after a lapse of five (05) years. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent- police to conclude the investigation. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court
