2. The Order dated:27.04.2017 passed by the second respondent vide Annexure-K is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition.
3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
4. The impugned order is furnished along with the Writ Petition and the same is marked as Annexure-K. A perusal of the same reflects that the administrator was appointed for a period commencing from 19.02.2017 to 18.08.2017. The order was passed in the year 2017. Now we are in the month of January 2025. It's been eight years. Due to efflux of time, the

order has spent itself as of today. Hence, nothing survives for
consideration in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
