The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Quash the impugned show cause notice dated 25.04.2025 in No.Sum:C5.Pu.Pra.Dooru.05/2025- 26, received by the petitioner on 28.04.2025 at Annexure-A. b. Direct the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for renewal of recognition dated 05.11.2024 for the year 2024-25 and 2025-26 as per Annexure-R and S, in accordance with law, and; c. The grievance of the petitioner is that the reply of the Petitioner at Annexure-B to the show cause notice at Annexure-A has not been considered and the recognition is sought to be withdrawn. 3. When a showcase notice has been issued and a reply has been issued thereto, it is for the Respondents to consider the same and pass necessary orders and only thereafter take necessary action. No order on the show cause notice having been passed, no further action could be taken. Hence, I pass the following: ORDER 1) The Writ Petition is partly allowed. 2) Respondents are directed to consider the reply of the petitioner at Annexure-B and pass a reasoned order thereon within a period of seven days from date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:18089 WP No. 13709 of 2025 3) Needless to say, until orders are passed on the show cause notice, no precipitative action can be taken.
