Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of Dispur P.S. Case No.888/2025. 3. One 30 years old girl has alleged that on 16.10.2025, the petitioner, on promise to give her job, took her to a Guest House. The girl has stated that the petitioner has mixed some intoxicating substance in her juice, which she consumed and both of them had physical relationship in the Guest House. Thereafter, the girl had visited the house of the petitioner came to know that he was already married. 4. After going through the FIR and after hearing the learned counsel for both sides, this Court is of the opinion that for the allegation brought against the petitioner, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. 5. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners is allowed. 6. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No.888/2025, the petitioner Jahangir Ali Mandal shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 7.
