The petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of the property. Respondent No. 5 is attempting to dispossess the petitioners without issuing any notice. 3. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.5 is not interfering with the aforementioned plot numbers. The same is recorded. 4.
