At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only for expeditious disposal of stay application pending in Criminal Revision No.128 of 2024 (Tavkal Husain Vs. State of U.P. and Others) under section 438 of BNSS, P.S. Nautanwa, District Maharajganj, within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection over the above prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of matter, if there is no legal impediment, learned court concerned is hereby directed to decide the above-mentioned stay application preferred at the behest of petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by way of affording proper opportunity of hearing to all concerns. 5.
