This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or direction declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering the complaint filed by the petitioner on 10.07.2025 against

the respondent Nos.4 to 7 is illegal arbitrary and violation of Article 14 19 and 21 of Indian Constitution Consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to register a complaint against the respondent Nos.4 to 7.”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a crime was registered against the petitioner. In order to overcome the said case, the petitioner submitted a complaint, which was enquired into by the police and referred as false. Consequently, no crime has been registered based on the petitioner’s representation.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it does not preclude the petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
