A.G., appears and waives service of notice, on behalf of the respondents-State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions to restrict the relief for direction to the competent authority to decide his representation (Annexure P-4) in a time bound manner. 3. Yes. 2 this Court in CWPOA No. 1695 of 2019, titled as Ajay Kumar Thakur & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Anr, and the petitioner will be satisfied, in case, the pending representation (Annexure P-4), filed in this behalf, is decided by respondent No. 2/Director of School Education, Shimla, H.P., in a time bound manner. 4. Prayer, being innocuous, is allowed. 5. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, directions are issued to respondent No. 2/Director of School of Education, Shimla, H.P., to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner, within six weeks, from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order, strictly in terms of judgment passed in Ajay Kumar Thakur’s Case (supra). 6.
