ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming to regularize his house admeasuring 196 3/9 square yards in R.S. No. 1149 in Guntur Municipal Corporation. It is submitted that the petitioner made representations for regularizing his
2. house site in the years 2011 and 2016. It is also submitted that the respondents have not taken any decision on it. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3'^^ respondent submits that
3. G.O.Ms. No. 27, dated 27.01.2025, would have to be followed for the purpose of considering the application of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has so far not submitted the application as required under G.O.Ms.No. 27, dated
27.01.2025. Considering the submissions, this writ petition is disposed off. Liberty is
4. granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh application, and the respondent authorities may consider the same in accordance with G.O.Ms.No. 27 and pass necessary orders. At any rate, such orders shall be passed within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the application in proper form. There shall be no order as to costs.
