It is submitted that this court had granted an interim order and an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) has been paid in terms of the interim order dated 02.05.2025. 3. Learned Counsel Sri.Vignesh Shetty appearing for the respondent-Bank submits that the petition is not maintainable within the jurisdiction of this court as the order is passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-2 at Hyderabad. However, taking note of the fact that the order is passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II at Hyderabad, apart from territorial jurisdiction, petitioner is required to take appropriate steps in terms of Section 18 or seek for other reliefs as is permissible in the proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-2 at Hyderabad. 5.
