The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025, registered under sections 316 (2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of keeping certain amount of the vehicle sold from the Show Room of M/s Pratik Automobiles, Ranchi and petitioner is working there as a salesman. He further submits that another salesman has lodged the F.I.R. and even the Management has not lodged the F.I.R against the petitioner. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation is there of depositing Rs. 24,45,002/- and not depositing Rs. Rs. 12,97,366/-. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R it transpires that petitioner is salesman and another salesman has lodged the F.I.R. and even the Management has not lodged the F.I.R. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am ( 2025:JHHC:29424 ) inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi, in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 129 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.23.09.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
