Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police refusing to give permission to the petitioners to protest and making demonstrations against the policies. 4 compensation. Coming to the 4'^ petitioner his father received compensation. Learned Government Pleader would further submit that as can be seen from the record, the petitioners have submitted a report to the police seeking their permission to conduct a protest from 05.07.2025 to 12.07.2025. By this time the days have lapsed. Learned Government Pleader finally would submit that this writ petition may be dismissed. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of.
5. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make a fresh representation to the police in advance. The police are directed to consider the same and take an appropriate decision according to governing rules and law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
