ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the notice at Annexure-'A' dated 30.01.2025. Various other contentions have been raised including that Vakalath was signed alongwith his Senior, that the complainant has no locus standi, that there are other proceedings before the Central Bar Council, which are observations regarding point in issue, are matters which need to be taken note of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lapse, if any, was due to bona fide ambiguity and the petitioner is a new entrant and was not aware of the consequences.
3. Noticing that the matter is still pending
consideration before the Disciplinary Committee, Karnataka State Bar Council, Bengaluru, all contentions raised herein are permitted to be raised before the respondent Karnataka State Bar Council. All contentions are kept open.
4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off. The petitioner may make an application before the Disciplinary Committee, Karnataka State Bar Council and the same may be considered permitting him to file objections and other pleadings before pronouncement of order by the Disciplinary Committee.

5. In the event, the application as referred to, is filed before the Disciplinary Committee, Karnataka State Bar Council by the petitioner, the same may be considered appropriately.
