(ii) Call for records in O.S.No.294/2025 pending on the file of VIII Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Mysore. (iii) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Facts, in brief, are as follows: The petitioner/plaintiff instituted a suit against the respondents/defendants on the order passed by the 3rd respondent imposing penalty of disqualification of the petitioner from training any horse in the Mysore Race club for a period of 3 ½ years. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18831 WP No. 14604 of 2025 3. The learned counsel Sri Aakash Raman Sinha appearing for petitioner submits that the concerned Court has heard the matter and reserved for its orders and the order is yet to be pronounced. He would further submit that there are two seasons in which the horses could be trained. The petition is the trainer of the horses which participate in the race. The season now would come to an end in the month of June and July and there are races conducted of the horses in the 1st respondent Club and if no order is passed within that period on the applications I.A.Nos.1 to 3 filed by the petitioner, his livelihood would be put to jeopardy. 4. In that light, since the matter has been heard by the concerned Court, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to pass appropriate orders on the applications I.A.Nos.1 to 3, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
