3 The Court made the following order: The present revision petition is filed aggrieved by order dated 24.09.2021, passed in EP No.84/2018, on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore. It is the case of the petitioner that, the respondent filed suit in OS No.441/2015, on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, for recovery of amount and the same was decreed ex-parte on
08.02.2016. Despite the petitioner having means to pay the decretal amount, the petitioner did not pay the same, and in those circumstances, the above execution petition was filed. The executing court ordered the arrest of the petitioner, and he was arrested on 24.09.2021 and produced before the executing court. The court, in turn, directed to commit him to civil prison untill 07.10.2021. The present civil revision petition is filed questioning the said
order. This court by order dated 30.09.2021, passed interim order directing the petitioner to release while suspending the operation
2. of order impugned. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by
3. the counsel for the petitioner that, in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the execution petition was closed on
4 14.03.2022, granting liberty to the respondent herein the matter as and when the interim order granted by this vacated. to reopen court is

During the course of hearing, the learned petitioner submitted that, the matter is settled between the petitioner and the respondent and steps are being taken to file appropriate application before the executing court. Having regard to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, this court feels that it is appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition directing the petitioner to file appropriate application before the execution counsel for the
