The same was decreed on 18.12.2007. The husband filed the appeal challenging the same. 2. There is no representation from either side. 3. There is interim order on decree of divorce. 4. Issue notice to the respondent to engage a counsel, in view of elevation of her counsel to the Bench. 5. Post after four weeks.” 2. Notice was issued to the respondent and as per the office report, the same has been received back as unserved with postal endorsement „insufficient address for want of door number‟. 3. Today, there is no representation on either side even in the revised call. 4. The matters pertain to the year 2008 and are listed in the weekly cause-list. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for “want of prosecution”.
