This is an interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/appellant in connection with RSA No.220/2024, praying for rectifying the names of respondent nos.2 and 4 in the memo of appeal of the RSA No.77/2025. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the aforesaid respondents have expired during the pendency of Title Appeal No. 9/2023, however, their names have, inadvertently, been shown as respondent nos.2 and 4 in the cause title of the memo of appeal of connected RSA No.77/2025. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that instead of Heger Brahma, who has been shown as respondent no.2, the name of his legal heir namely, Tilak Brahma is to be shown as respondent no.2 whereas instead of Sachindra Brahma (who was Page No.# 3/3 respondent no.4) will be Pramila Brahma as respondent no.5 and the name of respondent i.e. Susendra Brahma will be respondent no.4, as they are the legal heirs of the deceased respondent namely, Sachindra Brahma. 5. Since in the connected regular second appeal, the notices have not yet issued and same is yet to be admitted, the prayer for rectification is allowed. 6. The applicant is allowed to rectify the memo of appeal in connected RSA No.77/2025 accordingly and file a connected cause title in the said memo of appeal within a period of 2(two) weeks from the date of this order. 7.
