Notification N0.01/KGBV/APSS/2024, dated 23.09.2024 and deny to appoint the petitioner as CRT (English) is illegal arbitrary unjust and violative of Art 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to appoint petitioner as CRT (English) and continued her service until completion of their contract agreement for the ensuring academic year and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents to appoint petitioner as CRT (English) pending disposal of the above writ petition in the interest of justice and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Heard Sri P.Rathnakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt R.Sudha Rani, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 to 6. 2.
The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not considering the candidature of petitioner to appoint her as CRT (English),

in pursuance of the Recruitment Notification No.01/KGBV/APSS/2024, dated 23.09.2024, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel submitted instructions of 5th respondent. The proceedings issued by the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha-2nd respondent vide Memo No.SS-21021/44/2024-IED & KGBV-SSA, dated 06.01.2025 granting permission to fill up remaining notified vacancies with the next meritorious candidates. In the written instructions it was mentioned that the name of the petitioner will be considered in the available vacancies. 4. Learned counsel would submit that in view of the subsequent developments taking place in the present writ petition, no orders are required. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
