Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “It is therefore respectfully prayed that the present petition my kindly be allowed and the respondent/University be directed to declare the result of the petitioner of the concerned subject and give the Credit as per the performance of the petitioner.” 2. Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has made available for the perusal of the Court instructions received from Central University of Himachal Pradesh, the contents whereof, are reproduced herein below:- 2 Subject: Submission of Information in CWP No.13352/2024 titled as Anchal Thakur versus Central University of Himachal Pradesh-Reg. Respected Sir, 1. Kindly refer to your letter No.N/S-119/24-2025 dated 06.01.2025 on subject matter. 2. In this context, it is submitted that committee constituted for the purpose has considered the matter in the interest of the student, the committee has given opportunity to student i.e. the petitioner to public one research paper and submit the same within one month. The recommendations of the committee are enclosed at Annexure-1. 3. In view of the above, it is requested that the above facts and submission pertaining to the subject matter may kindly be placed before the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not given any intimation of appearing before the Committee. 4. Be that as it may, as the Committee has recommended that let an opportunity be granted to the petitioner to submit proof of publication of one paper and thereafter viva voce be conducted of the petitioner subject to the approval of the Competent Authority, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall submit proof of publication of one paper within one week from today before the Competent Authority and 3 thereafter, in case, the petitioner satisfies the Competent Authority qua the publication of the paper have viva voce be conducted as per rules forthwith.
