This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in taking appropriate action against the 3rd respondent for causing his interference in the civil disputes and to issue orders for taking action against the culprits inspite of the written complaint dt. 24-10- 2020 followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent for causing interference in the civil disputes and to issue orders for taking legal action against the trespassers of the land in in Sy.No., 135/1A and

135/1C situated at Kurmannapakam village, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil matters between the parties.
3. Ms.S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
