After hearing for sometime, Shri Bhuibhar, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application, as this Court was not inclined to interfere in the well reasoned order passed by the learned Family Court. 2. However, Shri Bhuibhar, submits that the sale-deed relied upon by the complainant/applicant herein, may be directed to be considered as per Section 14 of the Family Courts Act. As observed by the learned Family Court in impugned order dated 22.09.2025, the sale SKNair 2 37-revn-180-25.odt deed shall be considered by the learned Family Court at the time of final decision of under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure proceedings. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant further seeks permission to file appropriate documents for consideration of the trial Court under Section 14 of the Family Courts Act. If any such application is filed by the applicant/complainant, the same shall be decided on its own merit by granting opportunity of hearing to the accused persons. 5.
