B SURYANARAYANA The Court made the following: 3 VS,J C.R.P.No.1832 of 2023 ORDER: The petitioners herein/proposed defendant Nos.10 and 11 filed I.A.No.335 of 2023 in O.S.No.130 of 2007 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Alur, seeking condonation of delay of 4243 days in filing an application to set aside the exparte decree dated 12.08.2011 passed against defendant No.2. The Court below, vide docket order dated 28.06.2023, dismissed the said application. Challenging the said docket order, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel representing the respondent/plaintiff stated that, pending the present civil revision petition, final decree proceedings have already been passed by the Court below on 20.10.2023 and also furnished a copy of the decree to prove the same. 3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives in this petition. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
