The petition is filed on 25.08.2021. 2. The learned counsel for the first respondent - APMC submits that shops have been allotted vide resolution dated 24.06.2021 though the resolutions are not in question and the persons in whose favour the allotment is made are not made parties. He would also submit that the decision taken to allot the shops is appealable decision under Rule 23 of the Karnataka Agricultural Marketing (Regulation of Allotment of Property in Market Yards) Rules, 2004. 3. Under these circumstances the present petition is not maintainable.
