Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appeared for respondents 6 to 10. Notice of respondent No. 11 is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed against the rights and interests of respondent No.11. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the then Mandal Revenue Officer issued DKT patta to the petitioner for an extent of Ac.4.93 cents in Sy.No.2051/2 of Sibyala Village, Rayachoti Mandal, Annamaiah District. Thereafter, the name of the petitioner is updated in the Record of Rights, and the Mandal Revenue Officer issued the Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed. The petitioner verified the latest adangal and noticed that the name of respondent No.11 is shown in the column of possession and pattedar, and column No.6, it was mentioned as ‘assigned land in 2005’. Learned counsel would also submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 05.07.2025 to the District Collector - respondent No.2. However, no action has been taken so far. SRS.J W.P.No.18865 of 2025 ^ Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that a statutory remedy is provided under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder to meet the contingency of this nature. Without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner approached this Court. 3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will avail of the statutory remedy under the provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made there under. If the petitioner avails of the remedy, the appropriate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the law. No order as to costs. 5.
