[2] By the present application for correcting typographical mistake in para 6 of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 716 of 2025, it is stated that in para 6 of the order, MC(WP(C) No. 668 of 2025 is wrongly recorded in place of MC(WP(C) No. 669 of 2025 and it is stated that typographical mistake will be corrected and the same will not make any change in the merit of the case. [3] Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in view of the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the applicant. [4] Accordingly, MC(WP(C) No. 668 of 2025 recorded in para 6 of the order dated 10.09.2025 be read as MC(WP(C) No. 669 of 2025. [5] With this observation, application is allowed and disposed of.
