This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Raizuddin, who was arrested in connection with Kayan P.S. Case No. 36/2024 has prayed for releasing him on bail. 3. The learned counsel of both sides have agreed that 90 days of detention period is already over and no charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to default bail. 4. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, Raizuddin, who was arrested in connection with Kayan P.S. Case No. 36/2024, shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM(M), Rangia.
