This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent police in continuing to adjudicate the civil nature of dispute between the petitioner and the 5th Respondent despite the final payment of Rs.

25,50,000/- ( Rupees twenty five lacks fifty thousand only) made by the petitioner at the instance of the Respondent Police as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional violative of articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India, consequently restrain the Respondent Police from harassing the petitioner and family members as similarly held in W.P.No.1367 of 2009 Dt. 18.8.2009 by the Honourable High Court at Hyderabad.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5.
3. Sri Anguru Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
