A limited prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner for issuing directions to the Appellate Rent Tribunal, Ajmer to decide the pending appeal submitted by the respondents expeditiously within a time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application under Section 9/18 of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001 was submitted by the petitioners against the respondents for their eviction in the year 2019 and the said application was allowed by the Rent Tribunal, Beawar District Ajmer vide order dated 30.11.2024 and a direction has been issued to the respondents to vacate the premises. Counsel submits that aggrieved by the aforesaid order, the respondents preferred appeal before the Appellate Rent (3 of 3) [CW-11756/2025] Tribunal and the same is lying pending since last more than six months, so appropriate directions be issued to the Appellate Rent Tribunal to decide the appeal expeditiously. 3. Considering the limited submission made by the counsel for the petitioners and looking to overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the instant writ petition with the expectation from the Appellate Rent Tribunal to make all possible endeavours to decide the pending appeal expeditiously, as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
