The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation at Annexures - L, E, H and K. 2. In terms of the representation at Annexure - L, the petitioner submits that the Trial Court order dated 30.08.2024 had directed for Police protection and accordingly necessary action is to be taken by the respondents. 3.
