GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: Assailing the endorsement issued by respondent No.3 vide Roc.No.1152/2025/DT, dated 07.07.2025 (Ex.P1), the above writ petition has been filed. 2. Heard Sri T.M.K. Chaitanya, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner’s land of an extent of Ac.0.37 cents in R.S.No.553 of Akiveedu Village was acquired. The competent authority determined the compensation of Rs.14,46,128/-. Learned counsel would also submit that the petitioner made a representation SRS,J W.P.No.19216 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025 (Ex.P3) to the competent authority – respondent No.3. Without considering the explanation, respondent No.3 issued an endorsement impugned in the writ petition. 4. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will avail of the appropriate remedy as prescribed under Section 3G (5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’). 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as prescribed by the Act. No order as to costs.
