Heard Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent No. 1 & 2. [2]
By the present petition, the petitioner prays for an innocuous order of directing respondent No. 3 i.e. President, Wrestling Federation of India, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 01.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner to the President, Wrestling Federation of India by a speaking order for initiating to take action against one individual. [3]
It is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of at this stage by directing respondent No. 3 to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. [4]
Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A. for the State respondent, has no role in the present case and the matter is to be dealt with by respondent No. 3 and this Court may pass appropriate order in the
facts of the present case. [5]
This Court has considered the materials on record. The only substantive prayer made in the present writ petition is for directing
respondent No. 3 i.e. Wrestling Federation of India to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation dated 01.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. [6]
Without going to the merit of the case, this Court deemed it to dispose of the writ petition at this stage by directing respondent No. 3 to consider and pass a speaking order to the representation dated 01.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
